The Data Extract page allows you to download a complete list of your products that are being tracked in eCI across a range of dates. Additional characteristics can also be selected, allowing you to create a custom report based on an area on eCI across a period of time.
The following fields can be configured for a data extract download;
- Retailers
- Groups
- Period - select the date range to extract data on. Results will be returned for each day selected
- Reference Data Information - Select the level of product information. This can either be Basic (Product EAN and description only) or Full (all stored product information)
- Target - select whether to extract data on the Full or Defined assortment (Defined is the parameters displayed when creating your Target)
- Owner - select whether to extract data on your own products, or that of your competitors
- Product Scope - select which products to include based on availability - Available, Available & Not Available and Available & Not Available & Not offered
- Additional Characteristics - select whether to extract data on each of the main areas of eCI for each product.
Once you have configured the extract, click Generate XLSX to begin compiling the file. When the file has been compiled, click Download.
Note: You can leave the Data Extract page at this time, and when the download is complete a notification will appear alerting you that the download has finished.
