Label Insight - Can I remove duplicate or outdated images from the Label Insight platform?

If you upload a duplicate, do not worry! We match products based on UPC so the most recent image submitted will be onboarded, while the outdated version will be marked as Archived. 
 
If you need to update an image 

 

1. Log in to the Label Insight platform 

 

2. Click on Products > Upload from the main navigation 

 

 
 

3. The Submit Images page will open. This page lists multiple options for onboarding. The simplest method of onboarding is Image Upload, where you drag and drop images of the products you need to submit to Label Insight. 

 

 


 
4. Once your images are uploaded, there is nothing else that you need to do unless there is an issue with the uploaded images such as missing sides or obstructed or illegible text. Our team will use the most recent copy to ensure that your product is up to date.
