The Content page provides an overview of your content score across all your products, as well as a breakdown of the scores in each of the five criteria sections. The most recent change in content score is displayed in the Trend column.
The content stored can be viewed in direct comparison with the retailer's website using the back/forwards arrow button.
The data displayed on the Content page can be changed using the following controls;
- Filters - The Content page can be filtered using all standard filters
- Search - Products can be searched for by entering a product name or GTIN into the Search field
- View - Change how the Content page is displayed using the standard views
To view your product information, click on the back/forwards arrow button next to a product - this will open up a direct comparison of the Product Library content against the retailer's website content that is displayed to a customer. This allows you to easily identify where your product content is either missing, or not matching the content stored in the Product Libary.
Content that matches, or exceeds the Nielsen Brandbank content is highlighted in green, content that has similarities to the Nielsen Brandbank content is shown in orange, while any content that does not is highlighted in red.
You can change which retailer you view content for, by selecting the drop-down menu titled Website.
You can also download the breakdown of the content scores for your products. To do so;
- Click the dash button to SELECT ALL, or to add individual products, use the + button
- Click the shopping trolley icon at the top right hand side of the page
- Click Data Extract
- In the Additional Characteristics list, click the Content box
- Click Generate XLSX
- Click Download
