How do I add content to my product?

To amend or add any content your product, locate your product in the Product List page, then click on the pencil icon to open the product editing page:



Once in the product editing page you can make your way through the attribute headers on the left of the page and you can add or amend any content in the white fields. 

If any of the fields are greyed out this means that the content has been captured by Brandbank and will need to go through the Brandbank revision process to update. 


While editing the product you could also choose to focus on adding content to the attributes which contribute to the product's content completeness score. To do this, click on the number of attributes remaining under the Content Completeness header on the left of the page:



This will open a list of all missing attributes which are included within the completeness score. You can click on one of the attribute names to be taken straight to that data field where you can enter the missing information. Once you click Save at the top of the page you should see the completeness score increase as you add the missing information. 


After adding any top-up content to your product you will need to click Approve from the options at the top of the page to ensure that the updated content is distributed to your retailers/recipients:
