Merchandising Exchange is integrated into your existing Product Library account, which can be accessed through your browser at http://productlibrary.brandbank.com. As Merchandising Exchange is part of the Product Library, your Product Library Username (e-mail address) and Password can be used to log in.
If you cannot log in, click the Forgotten password button, and follow the on-screen prompts. If you cannot access the Product Library, or do not have the correct permissions to access Merchandising Exchange, contact our Global Product Specialist team who will be able to help you with the request- globalproductspecialists.brandbank@smb.nielseniq.com
