You can search for shared content using the Advanced Search feature within the Product Library. Subscribing to Merchandising Exchange will add an additional Shared content with Merchandising Exchange option to the Advanced Search screen beneath the EAN free text box. Select one of the three options to filter your search using Merchandising Exchange content;
- None – just show me my digital content
View only your content. This will display all your content stored within the Product Library - My shared content only
View only content that you are sharing with other users - All shared content
View both your own and other user’s shared content.
In the results displayed, your own content appears as you would normally view it, with full visibility of the content you have stored within the Product Library. However, when All Shared Content has been selected, content shared from other users will also appear, with a purple logo in the Subscriber code column, and “Shared” in the Subscriber name column.
