A smartfolder is a saved search which will be saved in the format of a smartfolder on your Enrich homepage. Each time you open the smartfolder the search criteria which you have saved will be run and it will return any assets which match the search.
Unlike normal folders, smartfolders are dynamically updated when specified conditions are met. You can use smartfolders to compile assets from multiple locations, without having to move assets to the same location. Any user can create, modify and delete smartfolders.
Smartfolder cannot be placed inside other folders, and are stored in the main directory. Smartfolder can be moved to the top of the assets homepage using the Sort by dropdown, and selecting Smartfolder first.
