Enrich is integrated into your existing Product Library account, which can be accessed through your browser at http://productlibrary.brandbank.com. As Enrich is part of the Product Library, your Product Library Username (e-mail address) and Password can be used to log in.
If you cannot log in, click the Forgotten password button, and follow the on-screen prompts. If you cannot access the Product Library, or do not have the correct permissions to access Enrich, contact your Account Manager to request access.
There are three levels of access available to Enrich;
- Enrich Viewer – User can view all public assets on their assigned subscriber code(s)
- Enrich User – User can upload and manage their own assets. This includes editing, deleting, requesting product links and commenting
- Enrich Super User – User can upload and manage all assets, regardless of owner, and edit the folder structure. The user can also approve or reject product linkages
