How do I edit an asset in Enrich?

On the Actions bar, click the Edit Asset icon to make any changes to the current asset’s data. You can edit the tags in the Tags section on the main asset page, and replace the asset entirely by clicking Upload New Revision.

The following data can be amended in the Edit Asset page;

Asset name – Change the name of the asset 

Live/End date  – Make the asset available only within a specified time frame by setting a Live date and an End date (a seasonal promotion for example).  

Visibility – Change the visibility of the asset; 

  ➢ Private – Only you and Super Users can see the asset 

  ➢ Internal – Only subscribers to your subscriber code within Enrich can see the asset 

  ➢ Public – Asset can be shared externally, and can be used in Brandbank Connect templates. Anyone with access to your products in the Product Library, whether they are subscribed to Enrich or not, can view the asset. When this visibility is selected, the asset Style and Type must also be selected; 

       ■ Asset Style  – Select the style of the asset from the drop-down menu. If no pre-set styles match the asset, select Other 

       ■ Asset Type  – Select the type of asset you are uploading 

Owner – Change the owner of the asset
