How do I upload an asset in Enrich?

To upload a new asset; 

• Open the folder you want to upload the asset into 
• From the Actions menu on the left-hand side, click Upload
• Depending on the type of file being uploaded, either;
  ○ File
     i. Click Add file
  ii. Locate the file(s) to upload
     iii. Click Open
  ○ Embedded Resource
  i. Enter a URL into the text field
     ii. Click Add embed resource
• Set the visibility level of the asset(s) to;
  ➢ Private - Only you and Super Users can see the asset
  ➢ Internal - Only subscribers to your subscriber code within Enrich can see the asset
  ➢ Public - Asset can be shared externally, and can be linked to product listings in the Product Library. Anyone with access to your products in the Product Library, whether they are subscribed to Enrich or not, can view the asset  

If required, set the following criteria for each asset;
➢ Live Date (Optional) – Date from which the asset is available to be accessed
➢ End Date (Optional) – Date when the asset will expire and will no longer be accessible outside of Enrich
➢ Asset Style/Type (Mandatory if Public) – If a Public visibility has been set for the assets, the Style and Type must be set. If Private or Internal visibility has been selected, this option will not appear

• Asset Style – Select the style of the asset from the drop-down menu. If no pre-set styles match the asset, select Other
• Asset Type – Select the type of asset you are uploading
  These options can be set in bulk for all assets being uploaded, or for each asset individually;
  • Bulk - Select the required options using the fields beneath the Visibility selection, then click Apply to all asset(s)
  • Individual - Next to  each asset, complete the displayed fields
• Enter Tags to help identify and group similar assets. As many tags as required can be added, and individual tags can be removed using the cross next to each tag 
• Click Start upload
