How do I share an asset in Enrich?

On the Actions bar, click the Public Link button to generate a link to the asset that can be accessed by users outside of the Product Library, within a set time-frame. This option will only be available if the asset has a Public visibility.

1. Select an expiry date for the link
   On the date selected, the public link will no longer function, and a new public link will need to be generated to continue sharing the asset
2. Click Generate public link

The generated link is displayed, along with the expiry date. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the link. If you want to remove access to the asset before the expiry date, click Delete Public Link. This menu will appear until the expiry date when clicking the Public Link button - you can only generate one link at a time.
