What specifications do my files need to be in for the Omnishopper Create service?

Print ready artwork files should be supplied to the following minimum specification:

Please ensure that artwork is print-ready and approved, layered PDF artwork, with any die line and technical print finishes on separate layers.

All Fonts and Images to be embedded in the print ready Adobe Acrobat PDF file.

Exported PDF files should have maximum editability option checked at point of export.

If supplying .ai (Adobe Illustrator) files, please supply all fonts & high-resolution supporting files (final placed Images should be of a resolution no lower than 300 dpi to ensure the best quality reproduction).

Please ensure all files are descriptively named (if possible, with the EAN code), with relevant extensions for the originating application.

If the artwork doesn’t make up the entire product, we will need reference images to create the 3D model. The following assets are accepted:

Reference photographs of actual product. Preferably all 6 sides and any close-up details.

Product images from NielsenIQ Brandbank Product Library (please supply EAN codes).

Reference photographs of a similar product if sample isn’t available.

Technical drawings of primary packaging. Drawings must list packaging materials & colour, and component material & colour where necessary.
