What is my download limit?

Your Content Exchange subscription has an annual download limit – this controls the number of products which can be extracted. Your current subscription download limit can be viewed on the right-hand side of the Product Library Homepage in the Merchandising Exchange section.


Once the download limit has been reached;

  ✘ No new shared products can be downloaded

  ✔ Products that have already been downloaded within the current subscription period can be re-downloaded


An alert will appear at the top of the Product Library Homepage to notify you when your limit has been reached.
