Your Merchandising Exchange subscription has an annual download limit – this controls the number of products which merchandising content can be extracted from. Your current subscription download limit can be viewed on the right-hand side of the Product Library Homepage in the Merchandising Exchange section.
Once the download limit has been reached;
✘ No new products can have merchandising content downloaded
✔ Products that have already had merchandising content downloaded within the current subscription period can be re-downloaded
An alert will appear at the top of the Product Library Homepage to notify you that your limit has been reached
