If you have forgotten your password or would like to update your password for your Label Insight account, follow these steps.
1. When you are in the log-in screen, select the "I forgot my password" button. You can also access the password reset page directly here.
2. Enter the e-mail address that is associated with your Label Insight account. You will receive an e-mail that contains a link to change your password.
3. If you do not receive an e-mail, please ensure you check your spam folder. If you do not receive the e-mail or you are still encountering issues, you can submit a ticket to our Support team here.
