Label Insight - How do I create a new support ticket?

To raise a support ticket, you will need to sign up or log in with your email and password.



Note: the email address and password may differ from your systems/platform login you can reset your password if required by clicking  'Forgot your password'




Once logged in click Submit a ticket 






Complete the required fields on the form providing as much information as possible, and click submit.
