
The dashboard displays a summary of the data collected on your products, shown in a series of tiles and graphs that give you an at-a-glance view of how your products are performing.
Each section of eCI is represented as an individual tile, which when clicked on, provides more detailed breakdown through a series of graphs.
The results can be modified using the Filters bar, and by changing the cycle and choosing either a Day or Weekly Average.
There are ten dashboard tiles;
- Average Listing
- Average Availability
- Average Price
- Promotions
- Average Search Score
- Average Content Score
- Average Placement Score
- Average Product Rating
- Sales Value (note - this is only available to select customers)
- Number od audited Products
When each dashboard is selected, a graph will appear which provides statistics on the currently selected tile. The displayed graph can be changed by clicking on the headers. For each graph;
- Hover over the graph data for numerical values for each retailer
- If available, click on the retailer name or data bar to open up a retailer breakdown by location. If locations are available, a Min and Max for the retailer is also displayed
- For Trends graphs, a timeframe displayed can be changed using the Period drop-down menu above the graph.
- Data from the graph can be downloaded by clicking the down arrow icon
