How do I approve a product link in Enrich?

Note: This feature is only available to Super Users

To review product linkages awaiting publication, click Publishing on the Enrich sub-menu in the top right-hand side of the screen. Clicking on the eye icon above an asset image will open the asset. You can also view currently Published and Rejected product links by clicking on the relevant tabs.

You can approve or reject a product link by clicking the ✔ or ✘ buttons;

• Approve
  1. Click the ✔ button
  2. The product link is confirmed and the asset will appear on the Product Page
  A log of all currently Published product links is stored in the Published tab
• Reject
  1. Click the ✘ button
  2. In the field that appears, enter a reason for the rejection. This will be sent to the         asset owner, and will be displayed on the asset page
  3. Click Reject
  A log of the rejected request is stored in the Rejected tab
