How do I view the templates assigned to my products?

Click on one of your products from the Product List view to open the product details page. On the right-hand side, beneath the Actions menu you can click the Templates menu to expand the list of templates assigned to that product.

You can then click on the template name to open it and view which assets are required to complete the template.

You can view a list of all products with templates which require assets in the 'Awaiting Content' tab, and a list of all products with templates which are ready to be published in the 'Awaiting Publish' tab.
