Assets can be uploaded directly against each individual product, or they can be uploaded in bulk against several products at a time.
Assets can be uploaded against individual products in two different ways, from the bottom of the individual product page, or from within the template assigned to each product.
To upload assets to one product at a time:
Navigate to the 'Awaiting content' tab in the product list view. Open a product by clicking on its description or barcode number. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the 'Related Assets' section, then click 'Upload Assets'.
On the Upload Asset page you can click 'Add file' to choose which files to upload from your computer. Video links can also be added by copying the URL into the text box next to the Add file button and clicking 'Add embed resource'. You will also need to set the Asset Style, and Asset Type for each file, or in bulk at the top of the page by clicking 'Apply to all asset(s)'. You can also enter a Live, or End date if one is applicable, but this is optional. The Tags section is a free text box which you can use to enter any keywords related to the assets.
