Note: You must be set up with access as a Connect Publisher in order to publish templates, if you do not have the correct access set up please contact your Account Manager.
Once all placeholders in a template have a valid asset assigned to them, the template status will change to Complete, and can be published. At this stage, the product is moved into the Awaiting publish tab in the product list view.
To publish a complete template, navigate to the 'Awaiting publish' tab in the product list view. Open a product by clicking on its description or barcode number. On the right-hand side, beneath the Actions menu click the Templates menu to expand the list of templates assigned to the product, then click on the template name to open it. At the top right-hand side of the Template page click 'Publish Content'. A pop-up confirmation box will appear, read this through, and if happy to proceed, click 'Publish'.
