How do I delete a 'Published' item?

A product can only be deleted when it is not currently Published – a Published product therefore needs to be moved back to Pending before it can be deleted. 

To move a Published product back to pending a Hierarchy Correction needs to be performed to De-publish the product and set the product back to the pending status.

1. Open the Product Summary 
2. Check that the product is at Pending. 
   If not, open the Actions Menu and click Edit
3. Click the button to open the Actions Menu and select Hierarchy Correction
4. Select Next in the following screen and Confirm the withdrawal 
5. Click Delete on the Actions menu. 
   A window will be displayed asking you to confirm the deletion for all markets
6. Click Confirm
