If any of your files fail the specification checks then you can resubmit a new file using the Supplied Content Portal. You will receive an email notification letting you know if this happens. Follow the link in the email to reopen the Supplied Content Portal and locate the product which has failed the checks. Any files which have failed the checks will be marked with the status Awaiting Resubmission. When you click Upload against one of these products you will be shown details about why the files have failed and will be given the option to upload a new file.
