How do I download shared content?

To download product content in bulk you can use the Extract for merchandising option from the bulk actions menu at the top of the product list page. This download will include space planning images, weights and dimensions, and back of pack data for the selected products.

Follow these steps to run the extract:

1.    Search for the products that you want to download content from

2.    Use the checkboxes on the Search Results page to select the products

3.    From the drop-down Actions menu, select Extract for merchandising

4.    Click Go

5.    Select the shot type images that you want to download from each of the products using the checkboxes. Here you can also select a data extract from the bottom of the list. The extract which you can download will depend on whether you have access to just planogram content, or whether you also have access to on pack shopper metadata. If you have access to just the planogram content then you will be given the option to select a Dimensions Extract which will contain dimension information for the selected products, if you have access to the on pack data as well then you will be able to select Dimensions & Product Data which will contain dimensions and the on pack data for the selected products.

6.    Click Go

The download package will be created as a ZIP file

7.    Click Download

The downloaded files can be imported directly into your space planning software if required. There are two possible space planning file types that will appear (with # representing the product EAN and the number after the “.” representing the shot type number); 

    •    ########.1 – Space planning file for a single product

    •    ########T.1 – Space planning file for a shelf-ready pack

If you have chosen to download data, an Excel spreadsheet will also be included in the ZIP file, which includes data content on the products selected.

Note: In some instances, not all the products you are searching for will have merchandising content available. When this happens, the product dimensions and T1 ID image can be used in your space planning software instead.
