Label Insight - How do I ensure our data is up to date? Can I update my submission?

Not to worry. We will work with you to make sure your data stays up to date.


We ask that you take the following precautionary measures:

  • Submit all your products during your initial upload
  • Submit updated art work upon availability

We will notice the same UPC submitted multiple times and will always make the newest version submitted available to retailers. The older, out-of-date version will be marked as Archived, while the newer version will be Onboarded and made Live to retailers.
