If there are any issues with your uploaded image(s), you will receive an email notifying that your image(s) did not meet our criteria. To resolve any issues, please follow these steps:
1. On the Label Insight platform, select "Products With Issues" on the left side bar
2. Click RESOLVE ISSUES to take action on that product
3. The resulting page provides a description of the outstanding issue and steps needed to resolve. Here is a detailed Image Submission Guide.
