Label Insight - What if there are issues with my upload?

If there are any issues with your uploaded image(s), you will receive an email notifying that your image(s) did not meet our criteria. To resolve any issues, please follow these steps:  

 

1. On the Label Insight platform, select "Products With Issues" on the left side bar 

 

 

 

2. Click RESOLVE ISSUES to take action on that product  

  

 

 

3. The resulting page provides a description of the outstanding issue and steps needed to resolve. Here is a detailed Image Submission Guide
