RACC stands for Reference Amounts Customarily Consumed. Every product is assigned a set RACC value that is purely dependent on the Product Category. The Label Insight RACC assignments reflect what is available from the FDA in 21 CFR §101.12 or guidance documents.

The DVP of the nutrient based off the RACC.

New Label RACC Nutrient - Symbol

The symbol ("=", "<", or ">") associated with the nutrient based off the RACC.

New Label RACC Nutrient - UOM

The Unit of Measure (UOM) of the nutrient based off the RACC.

New Label RACC Nutrient - Value

The value of the nutrient based off the RACC.

New Label RACC UOM

The Unit of Measure (UOM) for the RACC Value.

New Label RACC Value

A value assigned based on the RACCs which are regulated by the FDA.
