RACC stands for Reference Amounts Customarily Consumed. Every product is assigned a set RACC value that is purely dependent on the Product Category. The Label Insight RACC assignments reflect what is available from the FDA in 21 CFR §101.12 or guidance documents.
Field | Description |
Per RACC - DVP | The DVP of the nutrient based off the RACC. |
Per RACC - Symbol | The symbol ("=", "<", or ">") associated with the nutrient based off the RACC. |
Per RACC - UOM | The Unit of Measure (UOM) of the nutrient based off the RACC. |
Per RACC - Value | The value of the nutrient based off the RACC. |
RACC UOM | The Unit of Measure (UOM) for the RACC Value |
RACC Value | A value assigned based on the RACCs which are regulated by the FDA |
