Nutrient Symbols | The capture of any symbol (e.g. asterisk) and accompanying definition associated with an nutrient to provide further detail about the product. |
Per Serving - Symbol | The symbol ("=", "<", or ">") associated with the nutrient on the nutrition facts panel. |
Per Serving - Value | The value of the nutrient as listed on the nutrition facts panel. |
Per Serving - UOM | The unit of measure (UOM) of the nutrient as listed on the nutrition facts panel. |
Per Serving - DVP Operator | The symbol ("=", "<", or ">") associated with the nutrient DVP on the nutrition facts panel. |

No Nutrients | This field indicates whether or not there are is nutrient information present on package. |
