The Average Content Score dashboard tile displays the average score of your product's content across all retailers, based upon the Content criteria that eCI measures. Each product is measured across a number of criteria, comparing the content available on the retailer website, against the content store in Nielsen Brandbank's Product Library. Based on how accurate this is, a score is assigned to the product.
Hovering over the tile will display two retailers with the lowest content score.
The graphs display the following;
- Score - Average content score of products listed on the retailer's website
- Trends - Line graph showing how the average content score of products on the retailer's website has changed
- Quality - The quality of the data displayed on the retailer's website
- Image Score - A score indicating whether a product presented on retailers imagery is compliant with product on reference images.
