What is Reference Data Entry?

Digital Shelf Lite uses reference data from Product Library when tracking products on retailer websites. However, if Product Library is not available in your country, or if you wish to associate custom reference data with your products, you can enter this data in the Reference section.

As part of your account set up, your own and competitor products will be added to your Digital Shelf Lite account by an Administrator. Once this is complete, you will be able to select whether you want Digital Shelf Lite to track reference data taken from Product Library (if applicable) or whether you want Digital Shelf Lite to track custom reference data that you will need to manually enter yourself. 

Note: In territories where Product Library is not available, in order for Digital Shelf Lite to recognise you products on retailer websites, this action must be completed before Digital Shelf Lite can begin to track performance results
