How do I use the Prices page?

The Prices page provides a list of your current product pricing across all retailers. including additional information on; 

• Promotions - If a promotion is currently running on a product, a green icon is displayed. 
• Difference to RSP (Recommended Shelf Price) - if a tracked price is entered into RSP and the retailer price differs, the difference will be shown here 
• Competition Price Difference - If a competitor is assigned to a product, the price difference between your product and the competitor product will appear
• Last Price Change - Details of when the price was last changed, the price before that change and the trend to the current price if displayed 
• Days Without Change - The length of time since the product price was last changed. 

The data displayed on the Prices page can be changed using the following controls; 

• Filters - The Prices page can be filtered using all standard filters
• Search - Products can be searched for by entering the product name or GTIN into the Search field 
• View - Change how the Prices page is displayed by using the standard views 

You can also download the current prices of your products. To do so; 

1. Click the dash button to SELECT ALL, or to add individual products, use the + button 
2. Click the shopping trolley icon at the top right hand side of the page
3. Click Data Extract
4. In the Additional Characteristics list, click the Prices box
5. Click Generate XLSX
6. Click Download
