How do I use the Gallery page?

Modified on Mon, 18 Dec, 2023 at 12:01 PM

The Gallery page displays a list of the primary images being used by retailers on their website for each product., allowing you to compare this to the ID shot that has been captured by Nielsen Brandbank.

The Gallery is split by retailer, with the Product Library image displayed in the REFERENCE column. The size of the thumbnails can be changed using the Image Size buttons.

The product(s) Availability is listed in a status above the image;

  • Available - this is shown with a green icon, and shows the product has been matched and is currently available in the respective retailer
  • X Days N/A - shown with a red icon. The image is still shown but the status identifies that the product is out of stock and will list the number of days it has been unavailable for (up to 30 days)
  • Not Listed - shown with a grey icon. This is shown when a product has not been matched and if the product has been out of stock for over 30 days

The Gallery further describes the image status;

  • Image Found - The retailer is using the displayed image as the product's primary image/thumbnail in search results. Clicking on the image will open the product on the retailer's website.
  • Not Listed - The product has not yet been matched or it has been out of stock for more than 30 days
  • No Image - The product is listed on the retailer's website, but no image is displayed for the product. Clicking on the No Picture thumbnail will open the product on the retailer's website
  • Image Issue - eCI is unable to reach the image from the retailer website

The products displayed on the Gallery page can be changed using the following controls;

  • Filters - The Gallery can be filtered by Retailer, Group, Products and Owner, however the Target and Data filters are disabled
  • Search - Products can be searched for by entering product name and GTIN into the Search field

To download a lit of the images being used on the retailer websites;

  1. On the Gallery page, select products using the checkboxes - all products can be selected using the checkbox on the header row
  2. Click the Download icon - a spreadsheet of the image data is downloaded. Images are included in the spreadsheet as URL links to the retailer website
