How is my Content score worked out?

The Content section provides an overview of how accurate your product content is on retailer websites, and provides a gallery of all product images that are being used, allowing you to identify whether your content is being used effectively.

The retailer displayed content is analysed against the content stored in the Product Library, and assigned a percentage score based on its accuracy. This score is based on;

PRODUCT - The product name is identical to the name in the Product Library

MARKETING - Either;

  • Nielsen Brandbank's marketing content and the content that appears on the retailer's website is a match for at least 70% of the words (in both directions)
  • Nielsen Brandbank's description is included in the retailer's product description

NUTRITION - Nutritional information is displayed on the retailer's website

INGREDIENTS - Ingredients are listed on the retailer's website

OTHER INFO - Any further information is included on the retailer's website

From this, an average is taken and an overall Content Score produced. This can then be grouped as;

  • High Quality Content score of >=80%
  • Medium Quality - Content score between 40% and 80%
  • Low QualityContent score < 40%
