Label Insight - What is Customer Admin?

Customer admin is a tool that is available to our premium users. The customer admin tool will allow you to be able to perform certain administrative actions within our platform, such as inviting new users from your organization to join Label Insight and providing permissions to users.


The customer admin tool will allow you to instantly invite new users from your organization to join our platform, which will instantly generate an invitation e-mail that will be sent directly to the users. You also can provide certain permissions to users, such as access to specific platforms and what actions users should be able to perform.


Access to the customer admin tool will allow you to bypass having to contact our team to invite new users and provide permissions to users within your organization, and also give you some visibility into the users within your organization. You will need to contact the Label Insight team to have the customer admin tool turned on for you.
