How do I use the Availability page?

The Availability page displays your current stock levels across all retailers and retailer locations. Each product will have a status of either; 

  • In Stock (green) - Product is currently available on the retailer website 
  • Out of Stock (red) - Product is listed on the retailer website, but is currently out of stock. The number of Days out of Stock and Last Available Data is displayed 
  • Not Available (grey) - Product is not listed on the retailer website, or has been out of stock for more than 30 days 


Clicking on the eye icon will display a calendar, which shows the days and availability of the product. Clicking on the current month will allow you to move between months. 


The data displayed on the Availability page can be changed using the following controls;

  • Filters - the page can be filtered using all standard filters 
  • Search - Products can be searched for by entering a GTIN or product name into the Search field
  • Search - Products can be searched for by entering a GTIN or product name into the Search field
  • Stock - Change which products are displayed; 
  • All - Displays all products tracked in eCI 
  • Not listed - displays products that are not sold at the retailer 
  • Listed - displays products that are being sold at the retailer - this is the default view
  • Available - only displays in stock products 
  • Not available - Only displays out of stock products 
  • View - Change how the Availability is displayed using the standard views 


You can also download the current availability of your products. To do so; 

  1. Click the dash button to SELECT ALL, or to add individual products, use the + button 
  2. Click the shopping trolley icon at the top right hand side of the page
  3. Click Data Extract
  4. In the Additional Characteristics list, click the Availability box
  5. Click Generate XLSX
  6. Click Download
