Label Insight usually averages 2-3 weeks to get products ready for review in Publisher, depending on batch size.
To find products in Label Insight Publisher to view and edit, select the "Publish" tab on the Label Insight platform. There you will be able to see the number of products on the platform and search for specific items. You can click on particular products to directly edit content.
If you don't have the ability to click into "Publish", or don't see any products, please submit a ticket via the blue question mark in the top right corner or via our helpdesk portal here.
